November 28th is a great day for me. Twelve years ago James and I were married for time and eternity in the Saint Louis Temple. That day seems so long ago. It is weird for me to think about life without my little family. We have been so blessed. We are blessed with five wonderful children. James has a great job, and is going to school. I am able to stay home and be with our children. I am so grateful for that. We don't have the latest and greatest. We don't keep up with the Jones family. We are rich with the love that we have for one another and for the gospel that we have.
Thanks to our friend Cheryl we were able to go to Joplin. It is fun to go shopping without the children. I can actually look at things. We went to Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, Academy Sports, Sam's Club, Toys R Us, and to Wasabi for dinner. We didn't buy much, but we have some great ideas for Christmas. I really enjoyed spending time with my husband one on one. He is such a wonderful person. With his schedule of working and going to school, and me taking care of the children and the house sometimes I feel so far from James. I like the time that we can be together enjoying each others company and making sure that we are doing what we should be doing and what we need to do. It is great to have to not do it all on my own.
